What the service provides
BestCart AI provides shopping guides, comparison tools, available affiliate inventory, and optional buying-help or price-alert request forms. It is an information service, not a marketplace, seller, broker, payment processor, or purchasing agent.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. BestCart AI may receive a commission if a user completes a qualifying purchase, at no additional charge imposed by BestCart AI. Commission eligibility and attribution are controlled by the applicable affiliate program, not by this site.
Marketplace transaction
Any purchase is made with the marketplace seller under the terms shown at checkout. Verify the exact product, variant, seller, final price, currency, taxes, duties, shipping, delivery estimate, return address, dispute window, warranty, and local legal requirements before paying.
Accuracy and availability
Prices, ratings, order counts, images, specifications, stock, and shipping data can be delayed, incomplete, or changed by the marketplace. BestCart AI does not guarantee that content is current, error-free, suitable for a particular use, or available in every country.
High-value and regulated products
Robots, vehicles, lasers, batteries, radio equipment, medical-adjacent products, and other high-value or regulated items require independent technical, safety, customs, insurance, and legal review. Site content is not legal, tax, engineering, medical, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit another person's data without authority, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent site content, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be limited to protect users, data, or infrastructure.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties. BestCart AI is not responsible for a seller's acts, marketplace outages, product defects, shipping, customs, losses caused by reliance on stale listing data, or indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
The service and these terms may change as products, laws, or operating practices change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date on this page. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
